a. With Your Organization or Program Administrator

If you are enrolled in a company or cohort program, your administrator may have access to limited participation data (e.g., completion rates, aggregated or anonymized insights).

Personal reflections, journal entries, and open-ended responses are private and are not shared with employers or other participants unless you explicitly choose to share them.

b. With Trusted Service Providers

We use third-party partners (e.g., Supabase, hosting, analytics, email delivery, payment processing) to operate our Services. These providers are contractually required to safeguard your data and only use it for authorized purposes.

c. For Legal or Business Reasons

We may disclose information if required by law, to protect our legal rights, or during a merger, acquisition, or reorganization.

4. Data Ownership and Control

You retain ownership of your content (e.g., assessments, journals, reflections). By submitting it, you grant The Collective Rise permission to store, process, and display it within the platform to deliver program functionality.
