The Collective Rise provides digital tools, assessments, and learning experiences to support personal and professional leadership development. The Services may be accessed individually or through an organization (your "Company" or "Program Administrator") that sponsors your participation.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to use our Services. By using the Services, you represent that you meet this requirement and have the authority to agree to these Terms.

3. Your Account

To access certain features, you may need to create an account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information;
  • Keep your login credentials confidential;
  • Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

You are responsible for all activity under your account.

If your access is provided by your employer or program sponsor, your account may be managed or deactivated by that organization in accordance with their agreement with The Collective Rise.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Services only for lawful purposes and in alignment with their intended educational and professional purpose. You may not:

  • Upload or share content that is unlawful, offensive, discriminatory, or infringes on others' rights;
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Services, servers, or networks;
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any systems or data;
  • Use automated tools (e.g., bots, scrapers) to extract data or content;
  • Reverse engineer, modify, or replicate the platform or its codebase.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access if we believe you have violated these Terms.

All content, design, code, trademarks, logos, and materials on The Collective Rise platform are owned by The Collective Rise, LLC or its licensors. This includes but is not limited to:

  • Leadership development frameworks, assessments, and prompts;
  • Visuals, graphics, branding, and written content;
  • Software, databases, and underlying technology.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Services for personal or organizational development purposes. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our materials without prior written consent.

6. User-Generated Content

You may upload or submit content through the Services (e.g., reflections, journal entries, assessments, comments). You retain ownership of your content but grant The Collective Rise a limited license to store, process, and display it solely to deliver program functionality.

We do not claim ownership over your personal reflections or private journal entries. These remain confidential and are not shared with other users or your employer unless you explicitly choose to share them.

7. Confidentiality and Data Use

All participant data and journal entries are treated as confidential in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

If you are part of a company program:

  • Your employer may receive aggregated or anonymized data on participation, not your individual reflections.
  • You can request deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting privacy@thecollectiverise.com.

8. Payments and Subscriptions

If you purchase a product, subscription, or program:

  • Prices are displayed at checkout and may be updated periodically.
  • Payments are processed through secure third-party providers.
  • Unless stated otherwise, all purchases are final and non-refundable.
  • We may suspend or terminate access for non-payment.

9. Third-Party Links and Services

The Services may link to third-party websites or tools. We are not responsible for their content, security, or privacy practices. Accessing third-party services is at your own risk.

10. Disclaimers

The Collective Rise provides leadership education and development tools for informational and professional growth purposes only.

We do not provide medical, psychological, or legal advice, and our Services should not be used as a substitute for professional consultation in those fields.

The Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Collective Rise and its affiliates, employees, or partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Services, even if we were advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total liability for any claim related to your use of the Services will not exceed the amount you paid (if any) to access the Services.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Utah, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

Any dispute shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Salt Lake County, Utah.
